Hire cost is for the day of your event with return/collection on the following day
unless otherwise agreed. Delivery and collection is free within 15 miles of the
city of Bristol and beyond that we do have charges which apply so just give us a
call to discuss

Cleaning of the crockery is always free, we only ask that you wipe everything down
and place it back in the boxes provided ready for collection. Our crockery cannot
be placed in any dish washers and must be treated carefully , it’s worth saying
as well that although we try to source our crockery in perfect condition, some small
amount of wear and tear is to be expected. Considering the age of many of our items
we feel that this is only a sign of their character and history and is all part
and parcel of the wonder that is Vintage! Understandably, we hope, a deposit will
be required for every hire at 40% of the total hire cost, this is returnable and
deductions will only be made for damage or breakages for which a full report will
be provided.
